A credit card is required to secure appointments longer than 30 minutes.
Please check in at the front desk at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Our schedule is planned so every service gets the time it needs, so if you arrive late your service may need to end on time, out of fairness to the next guest.
Appointments of 2 hours or more that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
If you’re unhappy with your service, please let us know right away so we can make it right. Corrections are available within 2 weeks of your service.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Gratuity is always your choice; the industry average is 15–20% of the service.
